The constant hustle and bustle can become too much for delegates on the mountain.  If you are feeling overworked and full of political mumbo jumbo, take a mental break by attending the meditation in the Blue Ridge Center lobby every morning from 7:45-8:00. Conference Director Bob McGaughey leads the time of reflection, and it’s a great way to set the tone for the day.  It is important to not only take away new knowledge and understanding from the mountain, but also a new perspective and outlook.  This conference is a chance to learn new things and research, but it can be so much more.  Many people value the wisdom that Mr. McGaughey has to offer and regard him as a mentor in all aspects of the word.  Through his personal and biblical stories, he challenges everyone to face the giants and conquer the mountains.
