You will be meeting with your state delegation twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Use this time to find out about the AMAZING people who live in your state. The relationships you will make with people from around the country are great, but the bonds you can make with your fellow statesmen/women is even better.

Here is the best part, you do not have to wait until you get to the mountain to start these bonds. For those of you who are traveling by bus or vans with your state you can do a little thing I like to call “van or bus dynamic!” Here is how it works, each time you stop for ever hour (depending on your bus driver) you sit by someone new. This gives you the opportunity to learn all about someone from you state. You can make a game out of it and share the information you have learned with the group. The game can last as long as you want, but I recommend the seat switching throughout your trip.

Check back soon to see more suggestions of what you can do to make the most out of your Delegation time!
